《本草经疏》:"生者甘,寒;熟者甘,温。"《要药分剂》:"入心、肝、脾、胃四经。"《别录》:"主热渴,散血,生肌。"《药性论》:"藕汁,能消瘀血不散。"《本草拾遗》:"消食止泄,除烦,解酒毒,压食及病后热渴。"《滇南本草》:"多服润肠肺,生津液。"
